Humanitarian Visa

We provide assistance to individuals facing significant humanitarian concerns through a variety of humanitarian visas, including:

1

Refugee Visa (Form I-590)

The Refugee Visa is for individuals who are unable or unwilling to return to their home country due to a well-founded fear of persecution based on their race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group.

2

Asylum Visa (Form I-589)

The Asylum Visa is for individuals who are already present in the United States or seeking entry at a port of entry and meet the definition of a refugee.

3

Temporary Protected Status (TPS)

TPS is granted to individuals from designated countries facing ongoing armed conflict, natural disasters, or other extraordinary conditions. It provides temporary protection from deportation and work authorization to eligible individuals.

4

Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)

SIJS is for unmarried individuals under 21 years old who have been abused, neglected, or abandoned by one or both parents. It allows them to seek lawful permanent residency (Green Card) in the United States.

5

U Visa (Form I-918)

The U Visa is for victims of certain qualifying crimes who have suffered substantial physical or mental abuse and have been helpful to law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution of the crime.

6

T Visa (Form I-914)

The T Visa is for victims of human trafficking who are present in the United States as a result of trafficking. It provides temporary immigration benefits to eligible individuals and allows them to assist law enforcement in prosecuting traffickers.

7

VAWA Self-Petition

The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) allows certain victims of domestic violence, including spouses and children of U.S. citizens or permanent residents, to self-petition for a Green Card without the abuser's knowledge or consent.
